You may call up to seven days in advance and reserve a court with a credit card or signup online.

No, however you will be asked to set up a customer account in order to reserve a court or book a lesson for your deal. East Potomac Tennis Center (EPTC) is a public facility located on beautiful National Park Service land, therefore access is available to all visitors.

Rates vary for seasons and for the time of day you wish to play. Please visit our rates section.

Each year in spring, EPTC has a lottery drawing for winter and spring contract times. After the lottery is completed, individuals may sign up on a first come first serve basis. Please contact the Manager at: [email protected] for more information.

Cancellation policies for both lessons and court time are 24 hours advanced notice. Any cancellation after the 24 hour period is non-refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will be issued a credit for court use or lessons at another time. Credits cannot be used for merchandise.

No refunds or credits will be given for snow or heavy rain if the Center is able to remain open.

Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday: 9am to 10pm and Friday – Sunday:  9am to 9pm.  Summer hours are subject to change. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Days (unless otherwise posted).

Yes. Anyone can learn tennis, but you will have to make the effort to practice in addition to lessons.

Yes. EPTC offers Wilson and Head tennis racquets for demos and sales. Please visit the racquet stringing and sales section.

No. It is against EPTC and National Park Service policies to bring your own coach to the facility. If a member of our staff observes this conduct, you will be asked to leave the premises and your time will not be refunded.

Yes. If you decide to play after your scheduled time, you will be charged the rate for a minimum one half hour.

Yes. If you decide to walk on courts and play tennis before your scheduled time, you will be charged the rate for a minimum of one half hour.
