Dear East Potomac Tennis Center Patrons,

As you may be aware, NPS is in negotiations with East Potomac Raquet Sports for a long-term lease of the East Potomac Tennis Center.  As Guest Services, Inc. (GSI) continues to operate the tennis center during this transition period without a specific date that the new lease will be signed, we wanted to make you aware of what to expect from the operations.

• GSI will continue to book indoor courts and outdoor hard courts as well as lessons through September 30.  Outdoor clay courts are closed.
• GSI will complete routine maintenance tasks including restroom cleaning, general landscaping maintenance, and trash removal.
• GSI will not conduct major repairs nor replace equipment.
• This notice will be updated when the new lease is signed.  GSI will be unable to book reservations beyond the anticipated lease commencement date.
• After the lease has been signed, information will be provided by East Potomac Raquet Sports for future improvement plans.
